The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Amber Nicole Bergman aka Amber Nicole Copher, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Jerrod Levi Stembridge pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Buildings and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Jesse Lee Eichman, on probation for the state jail felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 9 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
