Brown County Grand Jury Indictments for April 2025

According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the April 2025 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 22 true bills were returned against 19 persons.

Those indicted were:

  • Tredell Leon Coleman aka Terrdell Leon Coleman – Tampering with electronic monitoring device, state jail felony enhancement
  • Terry Wayne Wentzel – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Andrew Peternell Vidovich – Intoxication manslaughter
  • Israel Cintron Rivera aka Israel Rivera Cintron – Assault against a public servant, habitual offender
  • Kristine Ariemean Durden – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Lisa Ann Walls aka Lisa Ann Wood – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Nathan Culp – Possession of a controlled substance
  • John Wilkerson aka John Raymond Wilkerson – Felon in possession of a firearm, repeat offender
  • Joshua Isaiah Collins – Unauthorized use of a vehicle
  • Theodore Jamison – Continuous violence against the family
  • Suzanne Michelle Dowdy – Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more
  • Tabitha Esther Hernandez – Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
  • Derek Cochran – Ct. I-II: Injury to the elderly
  • Freddy Brown aka Freddy Brown Jr. – Possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone
  • Mya Olivia Martinez aka Mya Olivia Hernandez – Possession of a controlled substance-drug free one
  • Pedro Vasquez aka Pedro Antonio-Vasquez – Possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone; Assault family violence-occlusion

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
