LLANO – The Brownwood High tennis team took part in the Llano Invitational Wednesday, the final action before the Lions and Lady Lions host the District 6-4A tournament.

Leading the charge for Brownwood were Ashlyn Bundick and Lanie Johnson, who won the Girls Doubles championship, while Anna Daniel placed second in Girls Singles and Wesley Goodrich and Trine Baugh also finished second in Boys Doubles.

The District 6-4A tennis tournament will take place Wednesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 24 at Brownwood High School, with action starting at 9 a.m. each day.
