Syble Lois Willborn, age 86 of Brownwood, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2025. A graveside service for Lois will be held on Thursday, April 16 at Jones Chapel Cemetery in Early.

Lois was born on May 18, 1938 in Big Spring to Mattie and Jesse Lawson. After graduating from Big Spring High School, Lois worked at Swift Turkey Plant, Woolen Mill, and many nursing homes in Brown County. She had a special place in her heart for Care INC in Early. Lois married the love of her life, Otis Willborn in 1973. They enjoyed 52 years together; they were both baptized at Victory Baptist Church, and they loved traveling, camping and fishing together.

Lois is survived by her husband, Otis Willborn; daughter, Brenda Talley; sisters, Jesse Billingham, Aleta Wells, 2 other sisters; and a brother and many other relatives and friends.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, and 2 sons, Mike Harper and Ricky Harper.
