The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Robert Burnell Stanley pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Gaylon Brit Heard pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
