Amado Vasquez Jr. of San Saba, Tx. Left us peacefully on March 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Blaylock Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 11:00 am at Blaylock Funeral Home and will be officiated by Pastor Justin Bell. An interment will follow at High Valley Cemetery, in Bend, Tx. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home in San Saba.

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, husband, and father will always be remembered for his sense of humor and unmistakable sound of his laughter. His nieces and nephews will never forget all the “I owe you” we never got to cash in. Amado was always willing to help and lend a hand to those in need. His warm heart will always be remembered. Born to Amado and Flora Vasquez, on June 11, 1968, in Saginaw, Michigan. He was raised in San Saba, Tx and worked in the surrounding area all his life. He had four siblings: Norma Vasquez-Zapata, of Kempner, Tx. Flora Guevara and late husband, Michael Guevara of Stephenville, Tx. Macario and wife Dena Vasquez, of San Saba, Tx. Amanda Vasquez, of Conroe, Tx. On May 07, 2016 Amado married the love of his life, Maria Guerrero. The two shared a love for traveling and were blessed to have traveled together for over twenty years. On November 1, 2016 they were also blessed with a beautiful daughter, Victoria. Victoria was everything to him, and his devotion to her was endless. He truly lived to make his little girl happy. Their short time together was a priceless gift to him, and he thanked The Lord for her every day.

He is preceded in death by his father Amado Vasquez, and several nieces and nephews.
