Brownwood ISD issued the following press release Thursday:

Immediately following a 12:30 p.m. Brownwood ISD (BISD) Board of Trustees special meeting on Friday, March 7, 2025, a press conference will be held at BISD Central Support Center (2707 Southside Drive) regarding the district’s new Head Football Coach.

According to the Brownwood ISD website, the meeting agenda lists an Executive Session regarding Personnel Matters where the Board will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employees or officials.

The Board will then return to Open Session to discuss possible action on Executive Session item.
