LINGLEVILLE – The District 21-1A champion May Lady Tigers earned their 19th victory in the last 20 outings, pummeling Lingleville in bi-district basketball action, 50-22, here Monday night.
May (21-9) led 11-8 after one quarter, 23-15 at halftime and 34-20 heading into the fourth period, where the Lady Tigers closed the game on a 16-2 run.
Mia Musick poured in 14 points for May trailed by 10 from Chloe Lord, nine from Kenlyn King, eight from Jordyn Gerhardt, five from McKenna Landes, and four points from Aubree Gerhardt.
The Lady Tigers will next face Slocum later this week at a time, date and place to be determined.
