ACADEMY – The Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team kept their District 5-4A record unblemished with a 4-0 road triumph over Little River Academy Tuesday night.
The Lady Lions (12-3-1, 2-0) received goals from Kynlie Lewis, Braycee Lee, Rylie Schaffer and Madison Weckwerth. Meanwhile, Weckwerth and Lee contributed assists.
In goal, Noemi Ceniceros recorded the 11th shutout of the season for Brownwood, which travels to Gatesville at 5 p.m. Friday.
