Funny, Energetic, and athletic; these are the words people use when they describe Ayden Hastings.

Ayden Hastings or as his family calls him “Tha Boy”, is the youngest child of Natosha Webb-Miller. He has one older sister Amari Starr and just a couple months ago he became an uncle to Wynter Mar’Tosh Jackson.

He is 9 years old and attends Northwest Elementary, where he is a 5th grader. His homeroom teacher is Mrs. Anderson. Since the first grade he has been on the A/B Honor roll.

Being energetic and athletic comes in handy with all the sports and activities Ayden’s involved in. From the time he could walk, Ayden has had a ball, stick, or glove in his hand. If he was compared to a character from Winnie the Pooh, he would be Tigger. Bouncing and running all over the place is what he did and still does.

Ayden participates in several youth sports including: Football, Soccer, Basketball and Baseball. Most of the year Ayden is playing on two different traveling soccer club teams: Team Outkast and All-American Series team. When asked which sport is his favorite, Ayden stated Soccer!

Outside of sports Ayden is involved in community activities, such as, attending Beach Bible Club and Mid-Town Kids.

When he does have spare time, Ayden enjoys being outside, hanging with friends, creating dances, being an uncle and hanging out with family.

When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, Ayden knew exactly what he wants to be, “A high ranking SWAT officer after being a professional athlete.”

The future for Ayden Hastings is extremely bright, both in education and athletics. ROC congratulates Ayden on all the success he’s had thus far and wishes him the very best as he gets older.

The youth of Brownwood are the future of our community, from Ayden to the rest of the youth, Brownwood’s future is looking bright.
