Active Listings:  173 – up 19.3%

Months of Inventory:  5.3 – up 1.4 months

Median Home Size:  1,595 square feet

Median Year Built:  1990

Closing Price/Original Listing Price:  92.9%

Price Distribution:

less than $100,000:  15.4%

$100,000 – 199,999:  26.9%

$200,000 – 299,999:  30.8%

$300,000 – 399,999:  11.5%

$400,000 – 499,999:  3.9%
