Howard Payne University will host four upcoming prospective student visit days this spring. These preview days provide opportunities to visit campus and learn more about the HPU student experience.

The Yellow Jacket Preview Days will be held on Monday, January 20; Monday, February 17; and Saturday, March 22. A special Junior Day will also be held on Wednesday, March 5, for high school juniors.

“The best way to experience the Christ-centered atmosphere on campus is to come for a visit,” said Megan Proctor, assistant director of admissions and transfer admission counselor. “Our preview events are open to all prospective students and their families.”

During the preview day, participants will tour the campus and residence halls, enjoy lunch in the Beadel Dining Hall, meet HPU faculty at an Academic Fair, hear from a student panel, learn about financial aid, receive exclusive scholarship opportunities, visit with an admission counselor and receive a free t-shirt.

Optional activities after lunch include visiting the Stinger Store and touring the Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom, a lab or an academic building in more detail.

Prospective students can schedule a campus visit any weekday.

For more information, contact the Office of Admissions at [email protected] or call 325-649-8020. Prospective students can register for a preview day at www.hputx.edu/yjp.
