SNYDER – The Brownwood Lions soccer team evened its record at 2-2 with an 8-0 road victory over Snyder Tuesday night.

Recording goals for the Lions were Arturo Vaquera, and Eli Valenciano with two apiece, while Raven Prado, Alejandro Vaquera, Juan Cervantes, and Jose Rodriguez contributed one goal each.

Defensively, the Lions also notched their second consecutive shutout.

Brownwood is off until Tuesday, Jan. 14 when it hosts Abilene Cooper at 7 p.m.
