Sandra Dareing, age 81, passed away January 3, 2025, in Brownwood, Texas.

Sandra was born on July 18, 1943, to Leo Dodds in Springfield, Missouri.

Sandra was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She is remembered for her unwavering generosity, warm spirit, and expert cook.

She dedicated many years of her life to the banking industry, retiring after a long and successful career. Sandra was a devoted Baptist; she found strength and comfort in her beliefs.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Stephen Dareing of Richmond, VA and David Dareing of Brownwood, Tx. Grandsons, Hank and Andrew Dareing of Austin, Tx. Her granddaughter Liza Dareing and brother Tom Dodds.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Bill Dodds and Don Dervis.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
