AccelHealth issued the following press release Wednesday morning:

AccelHealth is excited to announce the addition of Emma Hogan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), to its behavioral health team. With a deep passion for addressing the mental health needs of rural and underserved communities, Hogan brings a wealth of experience in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals and families in need.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Hogan earned her Bachelor’s degree before completing a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in mental health and substance abuse at the University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive expertise in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Her work spans various populations, including both adults and adolescents, with a focus on helping clients heal, build resilience, and thrive.

Now serving her hometown of Brownwood, Hogan is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding behavioral health and substance abuse while fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing. She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care that addresses the unique needs of her community.

“I’m deeply honored to return to Brownwood to serve the community that has shaped me,” said Hogan. “This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the well-being of individuals and families while helping to reduce barriers to mental health care in rural areas.”

In her role at AccelHealth, Hogan will provide both individual and group therapy services, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address behavioral health challenges. Her passion for empowering clients and addressing the behavioral health needs of her community will help expand access to care for those who need it most. Esther Taylor, CEO stated, “We are thrilled on Emma’s arrival and incredibly fortunate on her decision to join AccelHealth.  Emma’s commitment and passion to behavioral health makes her an exceptional addition to the AccelHealth Team.  Furthermore, Emma’s addition enables the company to continue delivering high quality behavioral health care.”

AccelHealth is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, and the addition of Emma Hogan to the team reflects its ongoing dedication to improving access to behavioral health services in Central Texas.
