Tommie Wynn, age 87, of Brownwood passed away Sunday November 10, 2024, at his residence. A come and go celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 16 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home in Brownwood. Interment will be held at Ceder Point Cemetery in Brownwood. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.

Tommie was born February 17, 1937, to Wilie Tomlinson and Nelle Kyzar in San Antonio, Texas. He worked for GTE and retired after many years. Tommie loved the outdoors and watching his kids and grandkids play sports.

Tommie is survived by his brother, Joe Bob Hewitt and wife Kay, his sister Sue (Hewitt) Matthews and husband Andy. 4 sons, Mike McLane and wife Kathy of Lake Brownwood, Ricky McLane and wife Victoria of Brownwood, Douglas Wynn and wife Melissa of Grapevine, and Joey Wynn and wife Christi of Early; grandchildren Jason McLane, Christopher McLane and wife Amy of Abilene , Devin McLane, Lindsey and husband Phil Ward, Lucas and wife Angela Wynn, Keegan and wife Kelsey Wynn, Meagan and husband Nick Sullivan, Hannah Wynn, Ella Wynn, John Schwab wife Kelly of South Carolina and Jacob Schwab and wife Stacy of Blanket. His great grandchildren; Maddie McLane, Ryleigh McLane, Aiden McLane, John Michael Schwab, Josh Schwab, Jason Schwab, Nathaniel Ward, Adelyn Ward, Annelise Wynn, Josephine Wynn, Eloise Wynn, Leo Wynn, Zachary Wynn, Eleanor Wynn, Charliee Wynn, Naomi Sullivan, Wynn Sullivan, Veronica Sullivan. He is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by wife Gayle Wynn; his mother, Wynelle Hewitt; daughter, Lisa McLane; grandsons, Brandon McLane and Jeremy Kelsey.
