Brownwood’s  Veterans Day program will be on Monday, November 11 at 11 AM at the Central Texas Veterans Memorial. District 68 state representative David Spiller will deliver the keynote address. Vietnam  veteran Otis Felton, executive director of the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, will dedicate a plaque honoring George Edward Smith and Brownwood’s Buffalo soldiers. Sherley Spears, founder of the NAACP Buffalo Soldier Memorial in San Angelo, will speak. Thunderbird pilot Air Force Major John Robinson is the master of ceremonies. Air Force Veteran Doctor Todd Gray, Pastor of Coggin Avenue Baptist Church,  will give the invocation. Everyone is welcome!
