The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Jamie Kristen Kidd, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Joseph Markell Young, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Young, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• James Eide pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
