Carmaleta Felton to present ‘Fundraising Basics’ workshop Nov. 13

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce an upcoming workshop, “Fundraising Basics,” presented by renowned fundraising expert Carmaleta Felton. This informative event will take place on November 13, 2024, at the Brownwood Event Center from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
This hands-on workshop is tailored for nonprofits, small businesses, and community leaders seeking practical tools to boost fundraising efforts. With decades of experience in successful fundraising and community building, Carmaleta will guide participants through the essentials of creating impactful campaigns, engaging donors, and developing sustainable funding sources. Participants will leave with valuable handouts and strategies to take their fundraising efforts to the next level.
Tickets for the event are $35 and include access to the two-hour workshop and networking opportunities with local professionals and organizations. The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting local leaders by providing this chance to learn from an expert in the field.
