The Brownwood/Brown County Health Department, is hosting its Shake, Rattle & Stroll 1K Grandparents Walk and Resource Fair on Saturday November 2nd from 4pm-6pm. The Health department is encouraging folks to bring their grandkids out to walk a 1K route downtown! There will be music playing at Pat Coursey Park, classic cars around the courthouse, hula hoop and best dressed (50’s theme) contests, along with Bingo at the route finish line. The 1K starts at City Hall on Center & Chandler, follow Center Street downtown, around the courthouse and back, ending at The Lyric.
