The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following press release Thursday afternoon:

The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the 30th Annual Business Expo and 2nd Annual Food Truck Cook-Off, presented by 3M. The event will take place on Thursday, November 7th, from 11 AM to 4 PM at the Brownwood Coliseum, located at 500 East Baker Street, Brownwood, TX.

This year’s Business Expo will feature a wide variety of exhibitors from both small and large businesses in our community, showcasing the best in local crafts, healthcare, real estate, insurance, baking, wellness, and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with businesses and explore the unique products and services they offer.

Visitors can participate in the popular Business Expo Bingo, completing their bingo cards by visiting each booth for a chance to win the $500 Expo Grand Prize, sponsored by Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood. Prizes from exhibitors will also be awarded throughout the day, as this year’s Expo takes on the fun ‘Throwback Thursdays through the Decades’ theme.

Exhibitors will compete for awards in several categories, including Best Overall Booth, Best Theme, and Best Newcomer. Meanwhile, food trucks participating in the Food Truck Cook-Off will vie for the coveted $500 Food Favorites prize, sponsored by Matthew Williams State Farm, with the winner being announced at 4 PM.

The event is free and open to the public, with donations accepted. It’s a great opportunity for the community to come together, support local businesses, and enjoy a fantastic day of food and fun.
