The Brownwood Kiwanis Club will host the 72nd annual Pancake Supper on November 5 at the Brownwood Coliseum. The annual fundraising event will begin at 4:30PM and serve until 7:30PM. Last year, more than 7000 pancakes were served to area residents.
The event seeks to raise funds used to support youth organizations and community programs benefitting local families. The Brownwood Kiwanis support youth education and growth programs through partnerships with many organizations across Brown County.
“This is a great event and we are hoping to break attendance records with dinner being held on election day,” said Nathan Smith, event chairman. “We are inviting the entire community to come out and enjoy some delicious pancakes and sausage with us.”
Bruner Auto Group is the Platinum Sponsor of the event. Other sponsors include Citizens National Bank, Hendrick Health, MC Bank, Prosperity Bank, Texas Bank, Howard Payne University and Wendlee Broadcasting.
Tickets for the event are $10 and can be purchased by contacting any Brownwood Kiwanis Club member, or at Citizens National Bank, MC Bank, Prosperity Bank, Texas Bank, Western Bank.
