Brookesmith ISD proudly welcomes our new principal, Mr. Damon Wilson! We are fortunate indeed to have a person of Mr. Wilson’s caliber on Team Mustang. He has 31 years of experience in the education field. He has served as a teacher, coach or administrator in Blanket, Bangs and Early. Mr. Wilson has worked exclusively in Brown County schools. He is certified in Junior High and High School Math, All-Level PE, English PK-8, Principal and Superintendent.  When asked about his educational philosophy, Mr. Wilson replied: “I love and care about kids. I just want them to be successful.” Now that’s a winning attitude!  Mr. Wilson’s wife, Emily, is the Director of Librarians at Brownwood ISD.
