The City of Brownwood recently announced the following information on social media:

A 6,400 square foot retail building is under construction at 436 E. Commerce St. next to Wing Stop in the Shoppes at Pecan Bayou retail center. The end cap closest to Wing Stop will be occupied by Tropical Smoothie Café and will include a drive-thru window.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s menu boasts bold flavorful smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and seasonal options, with a healthy appeal, all made-to-order from the freshest ingredients.

An additional 4,800 square foot of the retail space is available at this multi-tenant location.

The shell structure is slated to be completed in October which will allow for tenant openings during the first quarter of 2025.
