Preparations for the 19th annual Comanche County Healthcare Foundation Dinner & Auction fundraiser are underway, and items for the live and silent auctions are being sought. The silent auction online on Handbid.com starts September 8th and runs for two weeks.

The steak dinner and live auction take place Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 6:00pm at a new location this year — Copperas Bend, 5300 Highway 2247, De Leon. After dinner, the live auction gets underway with a number of exciting products and services on which to bid.

Ticket orders and donations can be made online at https://events.handbid.com/auctions/cchf-continuing-the-legacy. Tickets can also be purchased from CCHF Board members or by mail. But hurry, space is limited, and dinner tickets sell quickly.

Donations from the community help the CCMC Health System increase rural access to medical services and provide essential patient care equipment. This year, auction donations and proceeds will go towards new anesthesia and defibrillator equipment for the hospital and new Comanche County EMS communication equipment.

For more information, visit comanchechf.org, email comanchechf@gmail.com, or call 432-209-3275 or 325-488-4124, and watch for auction updates on Facebook.
