Days to Close:  33, no change

Total Days:  101, down 9 days

Median Home Size:  1,599 square feet

Median Year Built:  1986

Closing Price/Original List Price:  92.3%

Price Distribution:

< $100,000:  12.5%

$100,000 – 199,999:  34.4%

$200,000 – 299,999:  25.0%
