Stacy Mosley a native from Brownwood, TX, achieved excellence in football, basketball, and track. In 1996, Mosley graduated a Brownwood Lion and is an alumnus of Brownwood High School (RB #25). He received many offers to play college football and chose Prairie View A&M University, becoming part of the Panthers. Mosley continued his athletic career by playing semi-pro football for the Dallas Diesels in Dallas, TX. A proud father, His lineage of exceptional athletes includes Dre Mosley, Marcus Mosley, Innocent Mosley—with Trey Mosley being a two-time football champion.

Stacy offers a wealth of over 25 years’ experience in sports and athlete development. He transitioned from playing to a coaching career and has since trained the youth and coached semi-professional football. Mosley’s passion extends beyond football and sports. Honing in on his comprehensive background in cognitive mental health and home care, he understood the importance of not only recognizing a need with the youth but addressing the need, and providing a solution to the community’s needs with the youth.

He successfully built a positive and dedicated team in January 2024 to establish Spotlight Sports. This program focuses on mental health awareness and building the athletes not only physically but mentally and emotionally in and off the field & courts. This is an extra tool the athletes are currently or will receive in conjunction with the stellar Brownwood athletic program. Spotlight Sports is excited to be a part of the community helping build, & teach.
