Brown County Grand Jury June 2024 Indictments

According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the June 2024 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 23 true bills were returned against 21 persons.

Those indicted were:

  • Luis Antonio Fernandez: Possession of a controlled substance – Drug free zone
  • Lorenzo Antonio Flores-Hernandez: Possession of a controlled substance
  • Christina Marie Hale: Possession of a controlled substance
  • Jeffrey A. Emly: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Sheldon Thomas Libey: Possession of a controlled substance
  • Christian Zachary Wilder: Evading arrest; Unauthorized use of a vehicle; Unauthorized use of a vehicle
  • Christen Deanne Niethamer: Driving while intoxicated with a child passenger
  • Yoendris Tamayo-Vera: Unlawful interception, use or disclosure of wire, oral or electronic communications
  • Michel Arrozararena-Rodriguez aka Michel Rodriguez aka Michel Rodriguez-Arrozarena: Unlawful interception, use or disclosure of wire, oral or electronic communications
  • Theodore Jamison: Assault family violence – occlusion
  • Jay Morgan Lindley: Driving while intoxicated
  • Djangelo Marquis Perot: Evading arrest
  • Jeremy John Howell: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, repeat offender
  • Tonya Lee Mason aka Tonya Lee Howell: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Alain Alfredo Valencia-Mendez: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Eduardo Valdez-Garcia: Evading arrest
  • Jeffrey Daniel Schott: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – Drug free zone
  • Jessica Bonnie Wheat aka Jessica Bonnie Slayton aka Jessica Wheat: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, repeat offender
  • Robert Burnell Stanley: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Caden Tobin: Count 1 – Assault of a public servant

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
