Kyd’s INC President/CEO Teri Hutchinson along with Vice President/COO Stephanie Miller Brew received a Certificate of Excellence from the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) for their dedication and leadership in chairing Juneteenth 2024. Both were honored and humbled.

“What a blessing to know our work was seen,” Hutchinson said. “Makes me know my grandmother is smiling as Kyd was her nickname and to receive such an honor and we’re just getting started is a blessing from beyond. As Barack Obama so eloquently stated,  ‘We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change we seek. ‘”
