According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers Project Details Page, a 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee location will be opening at 515 East Commerce in Brownwood, site of the former OYO Hotel.

The 7brew.com website states, 7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. Paperwork was registered on June 12, as construction on the 511 square foot facility is set to begin Sept. 1 with a completion date of Dec. 15.

7 Brew will join Panda Express as two of three occupants of the parcels of property that once housed the former OYO Hotel. Completion of Panda Express is expected to be June of 2025.

Recently, the developer poured a turning lane off Commerce Street for the new businesses.
