The Early Police Department shared the following information on Facebook Wednesday afternoon:

On Wednesday, May 29 approximately 8 a.m., Officers with the Early Police Department arrested a 13-year-old juvenile male for 3 charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and 1 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The juvenile was transported to the Brown County Juvenile Probation Office which took custody of him. The suspect’s name will not be released due to his age.

Both firearms were recovered. One was recovered from a waterhole and was from a house in Brownwood. The case will be turned over to the Brown County Attorney’s office and Brown County Juvenile Probation.
