Active Listings:  166, up 31.8%

Months of Inventory:  4.6, up 1.3 months

Median Year Built:  1982

Closing Price/Original Listing Price:  92.4%

Days on Market:  53, down 10 days

Days to Close:  31, down 6 days

Total Days:  84, down 16 days

Sales Price Distribution:

less than $100,000:  16.7%

$100,000 – 199,999:  41.7%

$200,000 – 299,999:  25.0%

$300,000 – 399,999:  5.6%

$400,000 – 499,999:  -0-

$500,000 and above:  11.1%
