Stormy Barnum, 84, of Brownwood Texas, passed away April 12, 2024, in Brownwood Texas.

Stormy was born June 27, 1939, to John and Clara Dodson Barnum in Brownwood Texas. Stormy Barnum was a lifetime member of the 4th and Stewart Church of Christ. He worked for Brown County for 26 years and retired from Precinct 1. He loved to hunt, be outdoors, and to be on his tractors.

Stormy Barnum is survived by his daughter Kathy Shannon and husband Art of Brownwood. Son Donnie Barnum and wife Darla of Brownwood. His grandchildren Ashley Ford and husband Trent. Stori Stephens and husband Taylor. Kim Manglberger and husband Bobby. Amy Reed and husband Cody, Lacy Anderson, and husband B.J. and Trista Bradley. Also, several great grandchildren, Tazen, Lucius, Arlo, Erin, Emily, Hunter, Ethan, Cayden, Joseph, Brian, Mason, Tyler, Wyatt, Carbyn, Kutter, Kooper, Kade. His brother, Derl Barnum, and wife Linda of Mullin. As well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Stormy Barnum is preceded in death by wife Juanita, daughter Tammy Doss, his parents, three brothers and one sister.

The family will receive friends at Blaylock Funeral Home from 3 to 5 Sunday April 14, 2024. Funeral services will be held Monday April 15, 2024, at 2pm at 4th and Stewart Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood. Online condolences may be left at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com.
