Medical Reserve Corps, Health Department hosting second annual Volunteer Fair April 13

The Brown County MRC and the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department will host the second annual Volunteer Fair on April 13th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Adams Street Community Center.

Numerous community organizations will be partnering in the fair presenting an opportunity for community members interested in volunteering their time to find opportunities that match their personal interests. Organization staff will be on site to answer questions and provide necessary materials to begin the volunteer registration process.

Participating organizations include CASA, The ARK, American Red Cross, Gentiva Hospice, Brown County United Way, The Salvation Army, Hendrick Medical Center, Disabled American Veterans, Corinne T Smith Animal Center, Heart of Texas Christian Women’s Job Corp, Brown County Medical Reserve Corps, SALSA, Keep Brownwood Beautiful, Brownwood Community Garden, Boys & Girls Club, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and Cornerstone Community Action Agency.
