Brenda Gay (Singleton) Gober, age 63, of Early, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 2, 2024, in Corpus Christi Texas, while on vacation. There will be a visitation with the family held 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, April 12, 2024 at Heartland Funeral Home. The Funeral will be held at Heartland Funeral Home in the Chapel at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 13, 2024 with interment to follow at Holt Cemetery in Richland Springs, Texas.

Brenda was born on July 4, 1960, to Billy Joe and Joyce (Cornelius) Singleton in Rankin, Texas. She was a 1978 graduate of Early High School. Brenda was funny, quirky, and loved by everyone who met her. She raised four wonderful children. Brenda loved being with her kids, her 6 grandchildren, and her loving husband. They are her pride and joy. During her free time, when not with family, she had many hobbies. She enjoyed doing crafts and baking cakes.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 35 years, Brian Gober Sr. of Early Texas; parents, Billy and Joyce Singleton of Brownwood; son, Brian Gober of Early and girlfriend Anissa Austin; daughters, Nicole and Robert Rodgers of Blanket; Erica Duncan and Tim Wise of Abilene; Lindsay and Levi Womack of Austin; six grandchildren, Hayden, Harlie, Lilly, Luke, Leo, and Landon; one sister, Carla Hickey of Ohio; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by a baby sister, Teresa Singleton and one brother, Timmy Singleton.
