The Bombers 12U Sheffield squad came in 2nd this weekend and lost in the championship 5-4 in extra innings.

Aleena Ramirez led the way with a .714 average, Tatum Adams hit .600, Bailey Huff and Kyndal Brame hit .500. Natalie Blankenship hit .429 and Kennedy Constancio hit .400, and Tatum Palmer hit .375 and Macy Mask hit .333. Natalie Blankenship blasted a hit off the centerfield fence. As a team the Bombers hit .404 on the weekend.

Giselle Olivas pitched one inning and had 1 strikeout and held the other team to a 0 batting average. Taylin Slone pitched 3 innings and had two strikeouts. Taylin and Giselle also both did an awesome defensive job at 2nd base. Tatum Adams pitched 8 innings and had 9 strikeouts. Opposing teams hit .175 against her. Rilyn Yanez was solid behind the plate, catching 3 games. Both Natalie and Rylin threw out runners stealing.

12U will be back in action April 13-14th.
