Brownwood Lady Lion sophomore Hannah Deen on Wednesday was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 4A All-State basketball team. Deen, who also recently was selected for the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region Team, was a first-team all-district selection in District 6-4A.

Deen helped guide the Lady Lions to 20-13 record, the third seed from 6-4A for the playoffs, and the program’s 14th trip to the postseason in 15 seasons under head coach Heather Hohertz.
