John Lee Coker

John Lee Coker, 82 of Indian Gap, TX passed away peacefully in Hamilton, TX on
March 11, 2024.

John Lee was born in Rosebud TX on August 6, 1941 to Cyrus Norwood and Johnnie
(Radford) Coker. He married Ginny Ruth Bodie on September 4, 1964 in Columbia SC
and she preceded him in death on February 2, 2024.

John Lee embraced the story of Jesus when the Gospel came to the Coker family in
1952 and he loved it all his life. John Lee along with his wife Ginny opened their hearts
and home to their family and many friends during their almost 60 years together.

John Lee is survived by his sons, Dennis (Carla), Todd (Bambi), Carlos (Melinda), Leslie
(Davina) and Jay. Sixteen grandchildren also survive him: Adam, Jennifer, Mia, Ryder,
Cash, Brady, Carolina, Suzanna, Caleena, Carson, Landon, Lillie, Autumn, William,
Garrett and Sydney and two sisters: Carolyn Sue Hughes and Leona (Wayne)
Rutherford plus numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, grandson Levi Coker and sister Jeannette Coker.

Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2024 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Stacy-Wilkins
Funeral Home, Goldthwaite, Texas. Services will be Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:00
AM at Stacy-Wilkins Chapel, Goldthwaite, Texas. Interment at Bethel Cemetery, Mills
County, Texas.

Arrangements by Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home, Goldthwaite, Texas.
