Brownwood Independent School District (BISD) is excited to announce a significant upgrade to the fan experience by launching a new online ticketing system in partnership with HomeTown Ticketing. This innovative option is now available for purchasing tickets to home baseball and softball games, ensuring Lion and Lady Lion supporters can secure their spots effortlessly through the BISD Athletics webpage’s digital box office.

Fans can now enjoy the dual convenience of buying tickets online or ‘at the gate’ with cash and card options. The introduction of card payments at the gate addresses a longstanding community request, providing a secure and flexible purchasing method. Discover the upcoming games and secure your tickets quickly by visiting https://www.brownwoodisd.org/tickets or clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on the athletics home page.

Mitch Moore, BISD Assistant Superintendent, highlights this upgrade’s community-driven aspect: “Offering the flexibility to purchase tickets with a credit card directly responds to our community’s feedback. We’re thrilled to enhance our fans’ experience with this convenient, secure option and look forward to the positive impact it will have.”

Key Benefits of the New Online Ticketing System:

  • Convenience: Buy tickets anytime, anywhere.
  • Payment Flexibility: Cash or card options at the gate.
  • Ease of Access: Quick entry at games with digital ticketing.

BISD is committed to expanding this service, planning to include a broader range of sports and school events on the platform. This step forward represents our dedication to improving community engagement and making school events accessible to everyone.
