Nancy Jasmine Sanchez, 31, of Brownwood, Texas, passed away on February 18, 2024, in Brownwood. She was born on May 25, 1992, in Pomona, CA.

There are not enough words to describe how great Nancy was. She was a wonderful, loving mom. Her children were her priority. She did everything for them, they were her greatest life achievements. Nancy was a light in this world, the kindest, sweetest soul. She was the heart of the family. A great daughter and sister. She enjoyed being with friends, she loved to dance and enjoy life. She was an animal lover, she enjoyed going to the gym, shopping with her daughters, and living life to the fullest. She was a hard-working mom. She was patient and loving with all her family and anyone who knew her. Through her kind heart and Christian faith, Nancy forgave easily and held no grudges. Nancy was a believer; her faith was in God and so is ours that we’ll see her again. Nancy was absolutely excellent in everything she did.

Nancy lived most of her life in Brownwood and was a beloved member of the community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Micaela Hernandez of Brownwood, Tx; father, David Sanchez of Brownwood, Tx; daughters, Miley Harper and Bethany Daniel of Bangs, Tx; brothers, David Sanchez Jr. and wife Carmelita of Austin, James Sanchez of Pomona, California; sister, Stephany Sanchez and husband Ivan Madera of Round Rock, Tx; nieces and nephews, Mia Sanchez and David Nicholas Sanchez of Austin, Tx.

Nancy was preceded in death by her aunt, Mary Porter; uncle, Nicholas Sanchez; paternal grandparents, Dora Sanchez, and Nicholas Sanchez; maternal grandparents, Rosa Martinez and Atanacio Hernandez.

The visitation will be held on February 22, 2024, from 6-8 PM at Davis-Morris Funeral Home, with the funeral service following on February 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM, also at Davis-Morris Funeral Home. The graveside service will take place at Greenleaf Cemetery.
