The Heartland Association of Realtors (HAR) has a mission to serve its members and communities through advocacy, education, and ethics. Members of the Association are REALTORS®, members of the National Association of REALTORS®, and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics. They believe in respect for the public, property, and their peers. They must follow the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, created in 1913, with the guiding principles of integrity, competency, accountability, & solving commission disputes in a reasonable and non-costly manner.

HAR produces housing marketing reports that are available on their website. They keep their members connected to Texas Real Estate Continuing Education Courses and celebrated 75 years in Brown County in 2020.
