The Supreme Court on Monday reversed a Temporary Restraining Order by the U.S. Court of Appeals effectively allowing U.S. Border Patrol agents to cut or remove razor wire that was installed by the Texas Military on the Rio Grande River.  It is the latest turn in a lengthy dispute and legal battle between Texas and the Federal government about securing it’s border with Mexico that recently escalated when Texas seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas.
