Funeral services for J.D. Hunt, 98, of Star, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29 at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home in Goldthwaite. Interment will follow at Payne Gap Cemetery in Mills County. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 at the funeral home.

He passed away Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024.
