The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Michael Eugene Hamilton pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Enhanced and was sentenced to 9 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Michael Sean McAnally, on probation for the felony offense Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Bryan Jay Rodriguez aka Brian Jay Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Michelle Gonzales pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
