Revitalizing Our Community (ROC) has announced the 12th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration on Jan. 15, slated for 10 a.m., has been moved to the Bennie Houston Center gym due to expected frigid weather.

“It starts with me” is the theme this year and the keynote speaker will be Brownwood native and Howard Payne alum and sports Hall of Fame member Dr. Edward Randle.
