  • On Monday, January 8, 2024, at 3:08 p.m. Deputy Ricky Herring was dispatched to 8057 C.R. 606, in reference to parts being removed from a junked vehicle. Upon my arrival, information was gathered, and a report was taken.
  • On Monday, January 8, 2024, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to handle a call-in regard to missing property. A complainant had a package delivered by FedEx from Walmart, of gardening supplies. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
  • On Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at approximately 1:07 p.m. Deputy Francisco Valencia initiated a traffic stop in the 7100 block of Hwy 279 N. The driver did not have a valid license or insurance. The driver was placed into custody for Driving While License Invalid w/o Financial Responsibility. A report was made.
  • On Thursday, January 11, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m. Deputy Ira Smith, was dispatched to 1050 W Commerce, where approximately 40 prescription drugs were found, in the property of an inmate.
  • On Thursday, January 11, 2024, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Deputy Ira Smith was dispatched to the 8300 block of Highway 279. The caller advised that she was scammed out of $6,000 in Home Depot cards.
