Brooke Renee Townsend, age 42, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones in Midland, Texas. Born on August 3, 1981, in Andrews, Texas, to William Earl McClain and Cynthia Lewis McClain, Brooke graced the world with her bright personality. Her absence will be deeply felt, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

Brooke was a beacon of positivity, always striving to inspire others to embrace a healthier lifestyle as a personal trainer. She possessed a unique gift for motivating and guiding those she worked with, leaving a lasting impact on their lives.

Brook is preceded in death by her father, William Earl “Bill” McClain.

Brooke’s memory will continue to be cherished by her beloved family. She leaves behind her adoring mother, Cynthia McClain, who provided love and support throughout her journey. Brooke was a loving and devoted mother herself, survived by her sons, Landon Richardson and wife Alexis, Hunter Richardson and fiancé Emily Pell, and Landree Townsend. Her brother, Brandon McClain and wife Stephanie will forever carry fond memories of their time together.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating her life at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman. The family will visit with friends after the service. A private interment will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman.

Brooke’s sudden departure has left a void in the lives of those who were fortunate to cross paths with her. Her infectious smile, kind heart, and unwavering determination will be remembered as her lasting legacy. The family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in memory of Brook be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

We invite you to share fond memories and words of comfort and condolence with the Townsend and McClain families by signing the guestbook on Brooke’s tribute page at www.stevensfuneralhome.com. Stevens Funeral Home is honored to serve the Townsend family.
