Ollie Regan Green, beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away on December 28, 2023. The family will host a celebration of life and inurnment in the Greenleaf Cemetery at 1:00PM on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Arrangements are under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home in Early.

Regan Green was born in Lubbock TX on April 22, 1953 to Laverne McClendon and Ollie D Green. Regan was a hell raiser in his youth riding bulls, broncs, and motorcycles at a very young age. He spent many many years raising and riding horses and teaching others to do the same.  Regan was a lifelong welder for Sante Fe Railroad where he faithfully retired. He has made many lifelong friends through his days as a welder.  No truer description of a man best describes Regan as having a Servants Heart. He gave his entire life giving to others and taking care of others. He loved so many and was loved by so many.  Regan loved fishing and shooting guns and was a huge collector of guns. He was his happiest watching his grandkids play sports. He always attended and supported them throughout their lives.

Regan is survived by his daughters, Robin Barron and husband Jeff, and Shelly Moffatt and Chris Nowell; sister Belinda Adams; 4 grandchildren, Darian Smith, Layne Wiedl, Kohl Wiedl, and Lawson Barron; 1 great grandson, Stetson Ashworth; nephews Johnnie Adams and wife Tina, Michael Green, Tim Choat; nieces, Kim Snyder and Natasha Adams; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy Norwood Green; mother, Laverne Burger; father, Ollie D. Green; brothers, Kevin and Michael Green; infant son, Cody Allen Green; and granddaughter, Nadalee Rosanne Smith.

Regan requested that his pallbearers be: Jeff Barron, Lawson Barron, Tim Choat, Johnny Adams, Dusty Gosnell, Jayden Choat, and Corben Gosnell and honorary pallbearers be: Layne Wiedl, Kohl Wiedl, Joe Reagan, Cotton Wood, and Braxton Choat.

Online condolences, memories and tributes can be made to the family at www.heartlandfuneralhome.net
