The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the following press release Thursday evening:

DPS is working a fatality collision involving multiple vehicles on TX Highway 206, near county road 347 south of Cross Plains. 

The collision occurred around 3:34 p.m. today, Thursday, Dec. 21.

Please be aware of this crash and avoid the area as the entire roadway is blocked. Please watch for emergency vehicles and responders if traveling the area.
