Bob Collins 55, of Richland Springs, Texas, passed away at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Llano, Texas on, December 17, 2023. A memorial service for Bob will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of San Saba.
